This half-day experience begins with a guided tour of San Pedro Market, where you will learn about native ingredients such as native potatoes, purple corn, chili peppers and exotic fruits. Then, you will go to a professional kitchen where a local chef will teach you to prepare 3 emblematic dishes: fresh ceviche, lomo saltado or ají de gallina, and causa limeña. You will finish enjoying what you cooked, paired with a pisco sour. You take home a digital recipe book to replicate at home.
